Many RV manufacturer warranty companies have provisions for a certified mobile RV technician to provide certain services on site. It is the responsibility of each customer to determine their appropriate coverage policy requirements and processes.
Roadside Revival RV Repair will accept manufacturer warranty work under the following conditions:
1. Customer works directly with the warranty company for all calls and correspondences (Roadside Revival RV Repair is not a shop and does not have dedicated warranty personnel to handle these calls).
2. Roadside Revival RV Repair is provided with all necessary service paperwork ahead of time.
3. Payment arrangements are made between customer and warranty company ahead of time to assure Roadside Revival RV Repair is appropriately paid in full on the day of service. Note that warranty companies are unlikely to reimburse our service call fee.
4. Roadside Revival RV Repair agrees to timely provide any follow up copies of invoice, detailed service procedures, intake forms, etc. at the request of the warranty company.
5. Exceptions to any of these areas will need to be pre-approved prior to the service date
Yes. After you file the claim we will handle meeting with the adjusters, sending in photos, and giving the insurance company everything they need. If you haven’t yet met your deductible, we will collect it and apply it toward the cost of your repair.

PROCEDURE: Your fresh water system will be drained, filled with non-toxic antifreeze, and your tanks will be drained.

You will receive a 50 - 100 page interactive online inspection report with 360 degree photos and documentation covering every aspect of your RV including propane system, plumbing, electrical, appliances, body, chassis, generator, and solar. Your inspection pays for itself because you can use our report to either negotiate a lower deal or insist on repairs being made before purchase.
We charge a site arrival fee to cover our travel time and costs. We only charge one-way, not for our return trip. If multiple clients book consecutive appointments in the same park/storage area, then the service call fee will be split evenly between those clients. Flat rate pay is a fixed rate payment charged per task NOT by time on task.
For example, we charge 1.5 hours for an AC replacement even if our tech takes 2 hours or 1 hour to complete the job. This system protects you from situations where the tech completes their job with below average productivity. This system also rewards techs for above average productivity resulting from extensive field experience.
Straight time. Your techs are paid for diagnostic time to ensure that we arrive at an accurate diagnosis. Too commonly, other repair services and dealerships rush to conclusions and hastily replace parts unnecessarily. We identify the actual problem.
For all service hour charges, the clock starts when the service tech arrives at the customer’s location. Services are then billed by straight time for diagnostics and/or flat rate time for maintenance and repairs with a 1 hour minimum. In the event that your tech finishes the service call in less than 1 hour between diagnostic and flat rate time, then you may request to have other areas of your RV serviced at no additional labor charge until your 1 hour is fulfilled.
