Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. After you file the claim we will handle meeting with the adjusters, sending in photos, and giving the insurance company everything they need. If you haven’t yet met your deductible, we will collect it and apply it toward the cost of your repair.

What areas do you service?

We service all areas within 100 miles of San Antonio.

Do you offer collision repair?

No, but we are happy to offer you a referral.

Do you offer state inspections?

No, the state of Texas requires that this be done at a dealership location.

Do you provide warranty repairs?

Yes, we will provide your warranty company with all of the pictures and information needed to submit your claim. We require payment upfront from the customer before completing the work and submitting your claim. You will then be reimbursed by your warranty company, but please note that they will not reimburse our service call fee.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, card, paypal, venmo, and cashapp. We do not accept checks.

Why was my online appointment time changed?

Online bookings are subject to change based on your location and the nature of your call. Our support team will reach out to you if we need to change the date or time of your online booking.

What is the appointment process?

Call and we will set up an appointment immediately, or book online. If you book online, we will follow up via call, text, or email to confirm your appointment.

Are your technicians certified?

Yes, all of our technicians are RVIA certified (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) with a litany of other skills, training, and experience.

Do you service all brands of RV’s?

Yes, we service every brand, make, and model including pop up campers, truck campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and Class A/B/C motorhomes.
